To Whom It May Concern:
Recently we had our crawl space sealed with a liner by your company. We had been experiencing a musky odor in our home and thought this would be the best route to take. At this point, we believe we made the a wise choice. This is not the reason for writing this letter. The reason is to complement three members responsible for this project.
Our first contact was with Mr. Ken Swain. We executed the contract with Ken and from that point to completion of the job, and even after, he was in contact with us either by direct personal contact or by telephone. We can assure you that Mr. Swain was very knowledgeable and professional representative for your company. We strongly recomend Ken to act as inspector to my friends and relatives. His demeanor reflects very highly for your company.
The two young men that actually performed this unpleasant task were exceptional young men. Those men were David Anderson and Brian Stark. At all times, they were professional and extreemly polite to my wife and I. They answered all our questions and worked almost non-stop until job was completed. We would recommend them to anyone requiring this type of service.
Also, We would be remiss if I did not compliment the nice lady, with whom I spoke several times during this event. I apologize for not recalling her name. I can assure you that she was professional, helpful, and a polite as our contact with other members of your company.
I commend you on your choice of professional people and expect you are very proud of each one.
I would and will recommend your company to anyone requiring this type of service.
Respectfully,
Jerry and Chais Dudgeon |
